Oct. Rides.....

Hello everyone.....

Any of you guys interested in Oct ride?... I am thinking before it's too cold we should have another ride.
The ride will be only on the weekend, either will start from Stockton or Modesto and target on Hiway 49
to Oakhurst than 41 to Fresno and Hiway 99 back to the start point. This ride will take all day long.... I will
find out more info. on the date and time and each stop for break. If you can carry a passenger with you that
will be cool and fun.......... If you are interesting in this ride please sign in and schedule yourself
day off to attend the ride.........Don't miss the opportunity to meet new friends and have fun......

Sounds like a good ride, but it depends on the day if I can attend, or not.

If this ride is on the 18th I can make it. My wife and daughter have an all day girl scout thing going on. Can you make a quick map of the proposed route? It doesn't have to be exact but somewhat close to the route you would like to do.

Also, would you organize and lead this ride? I don't know my way around there at all.

Depends on the day, but the 18th would also work for me. Would ride over from Dublin.

Hello everyone,....

On the 18th is a good number (Saturday),.... The ride will be sarted in Modesto on the 18th of this month @9:00AM. Meeting @8:30AM at the Suzuki shop. We will take 132 to Coulterville (about 45miles from Modesto), than take Hiway 49 to Mariposa (about 30 miles from Coulterville), and continue 49 to Oakhurst (about 26 miles from Mariposa) than take 41 to Fresno (about 48 miles from Oakhurst), than interstate 99 North back to Modesto.
The ride will be all day long and roughly about 200 +miles round trip.
1st stop will be Coulterville, 2rd stop will be Mariposa, 3rd stop will be Oakhurst, 4th stop will be Fresno. Each stop will take about 15-30 min. except lunch will be longer. We either will have lunch in Oakhurst or in Fresno (Ting Dynasty eat all you can eat, lots of variety food "$11-$12. per person" in Fresno).
I, and Chuck will invit as many bikers as we can to join this ride..... Please schedule yourself off from work on the 18th weekend to attend the ride.
Jeff,... Chuck will volunteer to lead the ride, he knew the area well.... I will try to get the proposed route map post on the weekend.
Scott,... I will pass your info. to Chuck.

May be 1 1/2 hour ride from the Bay Area to Modesto. I wish you can attend the ride....

Thanks for giving us the details so early. It'll be about 430 miles round trip for me but I'm gonna try to make it. I saw the pictures of your (or should I say "our") seat! :-) It looks great.

Good to hear from you... Please schedule the 18th weekend off to ride with us if you can. I expect to meet everyone on that day. The seat I have on my Burgman is the one I bought from you on eBay. I modified the seat to custom fit the way I wanted and it came out really nice.....

I am looking on doing this ride but will need to spend the night the night before for it to work for me.

No big deal.

I like the route.

On Sunday I will do the Burgandy Topz Club ride in Sacramento.

If I make this trip, I would probably head up to Modesto the night before and stay at a friend's house, so I would just meet you at the DH Cycles on Kansas Avenue in Modesto on Saturday morning.

Little to far to ride for A long ride then having to ride home. Maybe next spring I'll be more into riding out that way.
