New Site Name/Address

Hi,

On our last ride we spoke about the group name and address. So Scott and I have traded emails back and forth about new names and here is the one we liked best that seems to be available. The reason we are asking this is because the "www.bamr.heavenforum.org" seemed to be a long name that didn't really make sense. The name that is available that we both liked most is:

www.bayareariders.com

I think we can get this name/address too, since this site has a section that can tell us if this is available or not. So I'm going to put a "Poll" question out to change our http address and name. It seems more and more sites are getting away from the Maxi-rider nick. But this is also a name/address that really fits us better too. I like the new name. Does this also mean the group is open to non-scooter riders?

I don't see why not since we have never meant to be just us scooter riders. It just seems that alot of m/c riders don't like to ride with scooters.

We weren't able to get the www.bayareariders.com address but was able to get the www.bayareariders.net address. It still forwards everyone to this address but it seems the bayareariders.net name is easier to remember and makes more sense really. So the www.bayareariders.net address is up and able to use now. Scott went into GoDaddy.com and reserved the www.bayareariders.net address for us.
