Brand Names for Scooter Section

Hi Jeff:

Don't forget to add the Kymco Brand and Xciting 250/500 Models, the Vespa GTS 250, the Piaggio MP3 250/400/500, the Piaggio X9 500, the Piaggio BV250/500 models and the Aprilia Scarabeo 250/500 models. Most certainly there are other brands and models, but their names escape me. There are members of both the BAMR and CVMR that ride all the above brands and models.

I did remove the models to not make it so congested. But I am asking for helpful hints to make this what the members want it to be. If others would like the different models added again I can do that. But it did make the forum look much bigger, the main page, that is.

In comparison to the Yahoo Groups, I was just getting used to using the Calendar in the CVMR group. That's a pretty handy way to look at the overall schedule of events, instead of having to keep track of them post-by-post.

One other thing that I couldn't figure out how to do on this board is file posting. I created the ride invitation for tomorrow and wanted to try posting the map file that I had posted on Yahoo. Couldn't see how it's done here.

That is another thing I will have to work on. There is a calendar here somewhere. I ran across'd it earlier playing around with this system. I will work on that too.

Isn't there a way to just put up a section with the heading of "Scooter Brands" and when you open it up, there will be a list of all the scoots? Or just "Scooter brand comments, questions & posts section." Then just name your scoot (question or comment) and whomever has that brand can answer, comment, or post? Just throwing a couple of ideas out there.....

We can hide all of the scooter brands on the Home page but I just have them shown. I can hide them and when someone goes to the "Scooter Brands" link than all of the brands will open.
