Road Runner Magazine
Well, I went and bought the latest issue of Road Runner Magazine and we have a member here that made it into the "editoral" page, in the front of the magazine. David, aka Reinaldo, sent in a editorial about the last edition reviewing the Silver Wing again and they posted it in their magazine. I believe on page 5 or so. Congrats David on actually getting a comment in this magazine.
They reviewed the MP3 400 and MP3 500 and their slight differences in their scooter section. You might want to go buy a copy to read. They also have a 3 page article about the Kymco's. They mentioned that the 500 fuel injected may not do anything for the top end speed, but gives a noticeable improvement in the low end of the 500's. This is my favorite magazine now since ScooterRider magazine stopped issuing their magazine. It is also enjoyable to read the articles too.

Scoot mags.
Jeff
Do you have dedicated scoot or maxi scoot magazines published in the States any more?
We have one in Oz - "Scooter" - which more often than not, has a couple of articles on maxis in each issue.
For that much we are thankful.

Re: Road Runner Magazine
We have a magazine, widely distributed at Vespa shops, called "Scoot". That mag caters most specifically to the Vespa crowd and lifestyle.
Jeff, where is "RoadRunner" distributed and/or available?

John,
I buy mine at Barnes and Noble's most of the time. They are out now and usually have them for at least a good month. The did a good write up on the MP3 400 & 500. By the way, I read one of your posts about you maybe buying a Burgman 650. Are you in the market now or just thinking about it?
Ride safe,

Jeff:
I received a non-refundable deposit from the buyer, with the balance due within 30 days. So, come September 30th, I'll seriously be in the market for a Burgman Executive. Until then, I'll keep my eyes peeled! I've done a few more modifications to my Atlantic, and will be interested to see how it handles the altitude on our ride to Topaz Lake Resort this coming Friday.
I've already derestricted the airbox and installed a K&N air filter, which has made quite a difference in smoothness from a dead stop and passing power, down here at sea level. Tomorrow, I'm derestricting the factory muffler, which should make another little bit of difference.

What the................????????????????????????
It's a good thing that CaptJohn doesn't view spouses the same way he does his two-wheeled transport. He'd be trading them off on a regular basis.
So John, how many does this make? Something like 43 since you started riding?
