Hi,

I took some pictures and made a Photostory of the Ride for Kids 2008. John, it was a great event and I really enjoyed myself. Thanks for getting us involved in this. I will make sure I attend next years event as well.

Great pics Jeff!

I don't know how you take so many pictures riding solo, that's pretty amazing.

The Ride was a great event. Seeing the kids and hearing their stories after the ride was just heart wrenching. It's a great thing that the foundation does for the kids and their families and I'm putting it on the calendar for next year already, also.

Thanks Scott and Larry for the compliments but James explained to me how to do this. Scott, I just carry my camera around my neck and hold it up as i ride and take pics. I also turn the camera around and will take them behind me too. It was a great event and I'm glad John got us involved.

First, I'd like to thank everyone that came to the Ride for Kids yesterday. You were, in no small part, partially responsible for the success of the event. I ATTEMPTED to imulate our fearless leader by uploading my photos to a "Putfile", but I still don't know how to make the whole experience classy like Jeff or Scott. At any rate, here's my first attempt:

Someone tell me how to create a slideshow and add music so that I can doll up the above photos, PLEASE!

John,

The software is called PhotoStory and is free from the Microsoft website. (See link below). It's really easy to install and use.

Also, it was great to have been part of the event yesterday. Thanks for making me aware of this fantastic cause. It was equally great to hear the optimism from the doctors regarding research progress!

Unfortunately, I use a Mac, and the download is strictly for PC's. Oh well!!!

You all don't know how much I appreciated you being there yesterday. This has turned out to be my best "club" outside of my Blue Knights chapter! You guys are the best!
